What is your shipping policy?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the continental United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
How do I process a return?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact our support team to receive a prepaid return shipping label.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, MAKE Beauty is committed to ethical practices. All of our products are 100% cruelty-free and we do not test on animals at any stage of product development.

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital payment options like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay for a faster checkout.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress in real-time.
